Current Projects

I am the Founder and Director of Radish Press, an experimental publishing initiative. The Press publishes a diverse range of publications, offers publishing support and consulting, and undertakes research and community development projects.

The CPG aims to create a model of participatory exchange for publishing practitioners and community members to better serve the forms of knowledge emerging from grassroots communities. Developed in partnership with Kath Burton of Radically Hopeful.

Outside The Lines is a publication where those who care about how we share knowledge share knowledge. I serve as the founding Editor in Chief.

PKP is a world-leading publishing infrastructure provider. My work focuses on the Open Monograph Press platform (OMP), which supports independent publishing programs to create and disseminate long-form scholarship.

The Next Generation Library Publishing (NGLP) is developing library publishing resources that combine the values alignment of open source software with the convenience of turnkey publishing and repository solutions. My work focuses on Meru, a platform that ingests content from multiple publishing systems into a unified discovery and display layer.
